Get out and catch a big one!

Fillet your catch carefully and vac seal or glad wrap.
STEP THREE
Freeze skins flat with scales on.
STEP FOUR
Wrap your frozen skins in lots of newspaper, like the whole Sunday paper.
STEP FIVE
Express Post to PO Box 358 Esperance, WA 6450.
