1. CONDITIONS OF USE

Welcome to Fish On Fish Skins. FOFS and team provides services to subject to notices, terms and conditions as set out below. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read them carefully.

 

2. SHIPPING

FOFS offers free shipping Australia wide with Standard Australia Post. Your purchase will be updated with a tracking number once it has been posted from Esperance, WA, 6450. As Esperance is somewhat remote, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery of goods. 
While every effort is made in the care of your purchase in its transport, FOFS cannot accept responsibility for any damage to the goods in the shipping process. 
 

3. PAYMENT TERMS 

FOFS uses the secure pathway PAYPAL for its online purchases. FOFS does not offer refunds if the purchase does not meet your expectations. Refunds will only be given if a custom order cannot be completed due to lack of that fish's skins. 
 

4. PRODUCT

When selecting a species of fish, FOFS reserves the creative right to present each fish in the body position that it deems appropriate for the backing. FOFS aims to make each piece original and unique from any others. In doing so, you can be sure your FOFS is one of a kind. If you are seeking a fish in a particular position, please complete a custom order form stating this. 
FOFS usually has an adequate supply of Nannygai, Groper, Breaksea Cod and Queen Snapper. If an order cannot be completed in full, contact will be made to make arrangements for full completion in a time frame that suits FOFS and the Buyer.
For all other fish a custom order form needs to be completed without guarantee of its availability. 
 

5. BILLING INFORMATION

It is your responsibility to provide accurate billing and shipping information in the online store. FOFS cannot take responsibility to any purchases being sent to the wrong address, or any errors in billing information.
 

6. DISPUTES

Any dispute relating to any activity on Fish On Fish Skins,  or the purchase of any products shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Western Australia, unless you have in some way threatened or violated Fish On Fish Skin's intellectual property rights, whereby we may seek an injunctive.
 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

FOFS holds the exclusive rights to any logos and images seen on this website. Any use of FOFS in a public forum first requires the permission of FOFS Administration.
